  • A second email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your package leaves our warehouse
  • Delivery timeframes start the day after you place your order
  • If your order is late or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

how do I track my order

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email titled “Your Order is on the Way” — it’ll include a link to track your delivery.

You can also log into your AQ? account to check your order status:

  1. Go to Account → My Orders
  2. If your order is marked as Fulfilled, click on it
  3. Hit “Track Your Order” to open the courier’s tracking page

If your order isn’t fulfilled yet, check back in 24 hours — we might still be getting it ready to ship.

What if the tracking hasn't updated?

No worries — this is normal!
Tracking links usually update every 24–56 hours, but sometimes couriers take a bit longer, especially if the parcel is in transit or going through customs.

In the meantime:

  • Check if there’s a delay due to address issues or customs clearance
  • If you entered the wrong address, visit our article on changing order details

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 6+ working days, please reach out to our Customer Support Form (in this page below) — we’ll be happy to check in with the courier for you.

I want to change my order/address

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but you’ll need to be quick!
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it by clicking the “Cancel Order” button in your AQ? account or in the confirmation email.

After those 15 minutes, your order heads straight to the warehouse for picking and packing — and at that point, it’s no longer possible to cancel.

Changed your mind later?
No worries — you can return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund.

Can I update my order?

Because we process orders quickly to get them shipped ASAP, we’re not able to make any changes once the order is placed.
This includes:

  • Adding or removing items
  • Changing size, color, or product
  • Updating the shipping address
  • Changing the delivery method
  • Applying discount codes or price adjustments

If you made a mistake, the best option is to cancel your order within the 15-minute window, then place a new one.

Can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately, we can't change the shipping address once the order is placed. However, depending on the courier, you might be able to update it directly through them.

To try this:

  1. Wait for the tracking email from the courier
  2. Use the tracking number to reach out to them and request a change

Note: address changes via courier are not guaranteed and vary by provider.

⚠️ If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we can’t be held responsible for lost orders and won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement in that case.

I've received my order but it's wrong

Missing something from your order?

Sorry about that! Sometimes your order might arrive in multiple shipments, especially if items are coming from different warehouses. Don’t worry — the rest is likely just a few days behind.

Check your inbox for an email titled “Some items in your order are on the way” — it means more packages are coming soon.

Still missing an item?

It’s possible that the item was out of stock and couldn’t be fulfilled. We usually send an email in that case — be sure to check your spam/junk folder too.

If you haven’t received a second shipment, and we haven’t let you know an item was out of stock, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

📌 Claims for missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Got the wrong item?

If you received the wrong product or your order was damaged, we’re really sorry — we’ll fix it.
Please email us with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item you were expecting
  • A photo + name of the item you received (if it was incorrect)

📌 Claims for incorrect or wrong items must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

What is Customs Duty?

When you order products from another country or region, you might need to pay a fee called Customs Duty. This is a charge applied by your local customs office when goods enter your country.

If Customs Duty is required where you live, you’ll need to pay it directly to your local authorities. The need for this fee — and its exact amount — depends on the import laws in your country.

In most cases, the duty is calculated based on the type and value of the items you're importing.

What happens if I don’t pay the Customs Duty?

If you choose not to pay the customs fee, we’ll need to wait until the package is returned to anyqs.shop before we can issue a refund. Please note: in some cases, shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

What is Sales Tax?

Sales Tax (also known as VAT or GST) is a standard tax on goods and services.

anyqs.shop is registered to collect Sales Tax in most countries we ship to. That means you'll see the tax included at checkout — and we’ll handle the payment to your local tax authority on your behalf.

can I return for store credit?

Store Credit Option (for Returns)

Yes — we now offer store credit as a return option worldwide!

Choosing store credit is the quickest and easiest way to get your money back and shop with us again.

Here’s how it works:

  • International customers have 30 days to return items for store credit or request an exchange/refund
  • Store credit is issued as a gift card code, which you’ll receive by email
  • You can use that code at checkout on any future purchase

Need to return something?

We totally get it — sometimes an item just doesn’t work out. If your item was purchased from anyqs.shop and is still in its original condition, you have up to 30 days from delivery to send it back to us!

What can I return?

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition you received them.

Here are a few exceptions:

  • 🩲 Underwear & Swimwear — not returnable for hygiene reasons
  • 🧦 Socks — can be returned if unopened in original packaging
  • ✍️ Personalized items — cannot be returned
  • 🏷 Final Sale items (50% off or more) — cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These are clearly marked as "Final Sale" at checkout

📌 All returned items are inspected before approval. If the item is worn, damaged, or in poor condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. After that, it may take another up to 5 days for the money to show up in your account.

We’ll refund to the original payment method. If you used a gift card, that amount will go back to the gift card first.

📄 Be sure to keep your return shipping receipt in case we need to confirm anything.

Can I combine multiple returns?

We’re currently unable to accept combined returns.
Please send each return in its own package, even if they’re from the same order.

Combining returns can cause errors in processing and might delay your refund.
Already sent a combined return? Let us know — and keep your proof of return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — but only for a different size of the same item (not a different product).
Once your returned item is scanned at our warehouse, we’ll ship out the new size.

We can’t reserve exchange items in advance, so if it sells out in the meantime, you’ll receive a refund instead.

⏱ Refunds for failed exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process.

Paid by card?

No problem — we’ll refund directly to your card, just make sure you can provide proof of purchase (your order number or e-receipt works great!).

сan I exchange my item?

Tried on your new AQ? fit but need a different size? No worries — we’ve got you covered!

You can request a free exchange for a different size within 30 days of receiving your order. Just return the original item through our returns process and choose your preferred size — we’ll send it out once the return is processed.

Is my exchange guaranteed?

Not always. While we do our best, stock isn’t reserved when you request an exchange — so the size you want might sell out before we process it.

If that happens, we’ll automatically refund you back to your original payment method and email you to confirm.

How long does an exchange take?

Once we get your return at our warehouse, it usually takes up to 7 days to process.

If your requested size is available, we’ll ship it out within 1–2 days after approval and email you with a new tracking link.

Didn’t get a confirmation email within a week?
Check your spam/junk folder — and if it’s still missing, just reach out to us and we’ll check for you.

I still haven't received my refund

Still waiting for your refund?

We know waiting isn't fun — but there could be a few reasons why your refund hasn’t come through yet.

Return delivery times can vary depending on your location and the courier you used, and in some cases, it may take up to 30 days for your return to reach our warehouse.

How do I check the status of my return?

If your courier provided tracking, check to see if it shows updates like “Returned,” “Delivered,” or “Returned to Warehouse.”
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will process it within 7 days — and you’ll get an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

After that, your bank may take up to 5 days to show the money back in your account.

When exactly will I get refunded?

Refund timelines depend on where you're returning from. You can find country-specific timeframes on our How Do I Return My Items? page.

If your return hasn’t updated within the expected window — reach out to us!

Please include:

  • 📸 A photo of your return shipping receipt
  • 🧾 Your order number (e.g. #US123456)

One of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible!

got a faulty item?

We’re really sorry about that — we’ll make it right!
There’s no need to return the item just yet.

First, please note: we’re only able to help with items purchased directly from our official store at anyqs.shop.
If you bought the item from a third-party retailer or reseller, please reach out to them directly.

What to do:

If you purchased from anyqs.shop, just send us a message and include:

  • Your full name and email
  • Your order number (e.g. #US123456)
  • The name or description of the item (if you know it)
  • 📸 Clear photos showing:

🕒 All claims for faulty or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

No order number?

If you don’t have your order number or receipt, your request will be reviewed at our discretion. In this case, the solution may be either:

  • An exchange only
  • Or store credit (equal to the current price of the item)

Can I use an AQ? Family discount code?

Yes! All our AQ? Family members have a unique discount code that gives you 10% off all full-price items.
Support your favorite AQ? Family creator and save on your order — win-win!

How to get a code:

  1. Head to your favorite AQ? Family member’s social media
  2. Look for their unique discount code (hint: it’s often their name)
  3. Enter the code at checkout to get 10% off your full-price order

🛑 Please note: these codes don’t apply to sale items or during active promotions, since our best offers are already applied site-wide during those periods.

But even during a sale, feel free to enter your favorite creator’s code at checkout to show your support (no discount will apply, but your support means a lot!).

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Only one discount code can be used per order — student codes, ambassador codes, or promotional codes can’t be combined
  • Discount codes can’t be applied to digital gift cards
  • We can’t apply a code after an order is placed, so be sure to use it before you check out

My discount code isn’t working?

If you're having trouble applying a code, try these steps:

  • ✅ Are you logged into your anyqs.shop account? Some codes are linked to your email address
  • ⏳ Is the code still valid? Promo codes can expire
  • 🛍 Are you trying to apply it to sale items? Most codes only work on full-price products
  • 🔠 Check your spelling and capitalization — codes can be case-sensitive
  • 0️⃣ Double-check similar characters — like “0” vs “O” — they can be tricky!

Refunds with a discount code

If you return items you purchased using a discount code, the discount will be spread proportionally across the items.
That means the refunded amount will reflect the adjusted (discounted) price you paid.

How do I buy an e-gift card?

You can easily purchase an AQ? e-gift card right from our website!
There’s no physical shipping — instead, you’ll get a confirmation email with the gift card code, which you can forward to the lucky recipient or print out as a gift.

How long is it valid?

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Do I have to spend it all at once?

Nope! You can use it across multiple orders — the amount you spend will be deducted, and the remaining balance stays active for your next purchase.

Can I use a gift card during a sale?

Absolutely! Gift cards can be used anytime, even during promotions or sales.

What happens if I return something bought with a gift card?

If you paid with a gift card + another payment method, your refund will go back to the gift card first.
Any leftover amount will be returned to the second payment method (this usually takes 3–5 working days to appear).

Can I buy a gift card for someone else?

Yes! Just place the order using your own email address, and forward the gift card email to the recipient.
Or print the code and gift it that way.

👉 Remind them to keep the code safe — it’s needed for refunds.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Easy! Just send us:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used to buy the card
  • The 16-digit gift card code from your email

Can I get a refund if the price changed after I placed my order?

We totally get it — it’s frustrating when you see an item drop in price right after you’ve purchased it.
As an online brand, our prices sometimes change due to things like:

  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations
  • Supplier or shipping cost increases
  • Product updates or quality improvements
  • Market trends
  • Sales or limited-time promotions

Unfortunately, we can’t offer price adjustments, partial refunds, or apply promo codes after an order has been placed.

We’re always working to bring you the best possible products at a fair and accessible price, and we truly appreciate your understanding!
